Who pays?

The system owner is often not sure who to turn to, especially when long-term warranties are involved. Our technical experience and our M&V tools allow us to get to the bottom of most problems, to identify the source and to advise the system owner in regards to available recourse options.

  • Inverter check for correct function and power outputpanel-fault-assessment
  • Solar panel check for wiring problems, performance issues, dirt or corrosion issues
  • Solar battery check for function and performance
  • Hot water system check (Solar hot Water and other systems)
  • Power bill check for billing issues, tariff issues (Everyday versus Time-of-Use) and meter reading issues

Where required, we will work together with trusted electricians for any electrical work that needs to be carried out.
